(1) Vendor needs to provide median maintenance services to the government authority located in El Paso, TX. • Maintenance services include:– Cleaning of trash and debris– Pruning of trees, bushes and shrubs– Weed removal including application of pre/post herbicide spray– All necessary Traffic Control– Proper disposal of debris, trash, and plant material– Medians will be left in a clean and safe condition in order in order to provide safe right–of way for traveling public. Maintenance activities will follow city standards, city arborist and Transportation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.
