(1) Vendor needs to provide student success and career renovations services to the government authority located in Tifton, GA.– The renovation scope will include comprehensive renewal and upgrade of the (largely original) mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including the conversion from two to four pipe chilled and hot water distribution to aid in dehumidification and indoor air quality. – The scope also includes building envelope renewal a new roof and the replacement of the large, historically significant single pane windows and upgrades for building and accessibility code compliance.
