RFQ #26-307 - Request for Qualifications - Fraternity and Sorority Life Visioning, Housing Strategy, and Long-Term Partnership Planning

The University of Wyoming invites consulting firms to submit statements of qualifications to support the development of a comprehensive, long-term vision for Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) on the University of Wyoming Laramie campus. The University seeks an experienced partner to guide, conceptualize, plan, recommend and document strategies that promote a vibrant, value-based, safe, and sustainable FSL experience in alignment with the University’s mission, student success priorities, and campus master planning efforts. Services will include the preparation and presentation of a final report to the University of Wyoming Board of Trustees. The University anticipates consulting services to begin in September of 2026 with completion of a final report in February of 2027.
