(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday decorations installation and takedown service. – Provide professional services for the installation and takedown of the agency’s downtown holiday decorations. – Installation will involve wrapping 18 feet of garland around 47 historic lampposts and 36 feet of garland around 31 streetlights.– Install 18 feet of garland around 47 historic lampposts and 36 feet of garland around 31 streetlights.– Install a red bow at the top of each lamppost and streetlight being wrapped in garland.– Install decorative holiday lights around trees and the 500–block pedestrian alleyway and have all lighting units operational. – Remove all garland, bows, and lighting mechanisms.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
