TELCOM-3128 - USA (Washington) - Plain Old Telephone Service Replacement Solution - Deadline November 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide plain old telephone service replacement solution.– Develop a comprehensive Project Plan outlining schedule, milestones, dependencies, risk management approach, communication structure, and coordination requirements.– Assess the existing POTS inventory, associated devices, and use cases to validate requirements and identify appropriate replacement solutions.– Develop a comprehensive solution design and migration strategy aligned with technical, operational, and compliance requirements.– Implement, configure, test, and transition the approved solution with minimal service disruption.– Provide documentation, training, and support services required for successful adoption and ongoing operations.– Coordinate project activities, manage risks, communicate progress, and collaborate with County staff and third–party providers as needed– Vendor solution shall be remotely manageable via vendor cloud platform with role–based access, MFA, and audit logging. Configuration changes shall be tracked, versioned, and reversible.– Network Compatibility & Isolation Support: Devices must support VLANs or network segmentation practices without requiring proprietary protocols.– Monitoring and alerting must be available for all critical functions, including device status, network connectivity, battery health, and supervisory signaling, accessible via a service portal and/or dashboard.– The solution must support fax machines and modem–based systems where alternative workflows are not yet available.
