Dorchester County (the County) invites qualified firms to submit bids to provide installation of approximately 1,238 linear feet (LF) of 16-inch water and 1,047 of 12-inch gravity sewer mains which includes 282 LF of 30-inch, 594 LF of 24-inch, and 315 LF of 16-inch steel casings installed by bore and jack method, one (1) fire hydrant, five (5) 5-ft diameter manholes, one (1) 5-ft diameter doghouse manhole, one (1) water service, and necessary appurtenances. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) document provides background and general information for Respondents and should be used in the development of bids.
