EXTRA-75280 - USA (Middletown, Ohio) - Nuisance Abatement Services - Deadline September 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide nuisance abatement services to the government authority located in Middletown, OH. – For nuisance abatement services from qualified service providers for vacant/city–owned properties and private properties within the City that have failed to abide with the City’s Codified Ordinances.– Nuisance abatement services include but are not limited to tall grass mowing, weeds cutting, trimming, and sidewalk cleanup as well as removal of the following trash and debris, brush, poison ivy/oak/sumac, tree limb, hazardous waste, appliances, and tires, as well as additional work as assigned.(2) The contract period will be one year.
