(1) Vendor needs to provide federal advocacy services to the government authority located in Burlington, WA. – The federal portion of the agency’s legislative advocacy program, which is updated annually, as well as help achieve legislative outcomes and policy priorities.– Advise the commission and staff on effective strategies to influence legislative and administrative activities.– Coordinate with other lobbyists, organizations, and individuals on legislation and issues of interest.– Assist in preparation and delivery of materials, testimony and written communication.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
