(1) Vendor needs to provide postcard printing, mailing and fulfillment service to the government authority located in Georgia. • Provide end–to–end printing, mailing, and fulfillment services for customer notification postcards.• Providing variable–data printing for customer–specific information.• Supporting approximately six current postcard designs, with the ability to add or revise templates during the contract term.• Providing standardized postcard templates that identify printable areas, required margins, postal zones, and variable–data fields.• Ad hoc postcard requests shall be completed within 3 business days, unless otherwise agreed upon• Supporting recurring, one–time, limited–production, and ad hoc postcard requests.• Maintaining sufficient staffing, equipment, supplies, production capacity, disaster–recovery procedures, and business–continuity capabilities.• Preferred cardstock: 14–point or 16–point cardstock• Shape: Rectangular• Aspect ratio: Between 1.3 and 2.5, calculated as length divided by height• Printing: High–resolution, full–color, variable–data printing
