Communication Tower Maintenance

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide annual inspections and emergency maintenance/repair services, in accordance with American National Standards Institute/Telecommunications Industry Association 222-H (ANSI/TIA-222-H) routine maintenance, repair, and emergency services, as described in these specifications, for all City-maintained communication towers.
