(1) Vendor needs to provide owner’s representative service for municipal hall complex to the government authority located in Riviera Beach, FL. – The selected firm shall serve as an extension of agency staff and provide professional project management, construction management, technical oversight, project controls, coordination, and related services necessary to assist the agency with the successful planning, design, construction, completion, and closeout of the Project.– Provide Owner's Representative Services for the Project under the following categories:• Category 1 – Municipal Facilities: Including, but not limited to, aquatic complexes, city halls, libraries, and other municipal facilities.• Category 2 – Residential Facilities: Including, but not limited to, single–family, multi–family, and condominium developments.• Category 3 – High–Rise Residential Facilities: Including, but not limited to, vertical residential structures exceeding twelve (12) stories.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
