(1) Vendor needs to provide mental hygiene transportation service to the government authority located in Oswego, NY. • Provide a mental hygiene transportation services for adults and youth with a behavioral health disorder.• Transportation for unaccompanied minors age 12–17 (with written authorization from parent or legal guardian)• Transports must be prompt and cost effective• Transport is door–to–door for pre–approved individuals (and caregivers) to eligible locations within County.• Rides provided must be both individual and shared (up to 4 riders).• Provider must develop a service that adapts to varying client needs for accessing eligible services throughout the County.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for four years.
