(1) Vendor needs to provide library collection materials services to the government authority located in Brownsville, TX. – Provide library materials and related value–added services for the public library system.– Include wholesale book distributors for a contract to furnish library books and audio–visual material.– Include, hardcover books, digital resources, e–books, e–audiobooks, board books, library bound books, trade paperbacks, DVD, Blu–ray, audiobooks, video games, and electronic information devices.– Responsible for the acquisition, original cataloging, copy cataloging, item conversion (online linking of item–level, copy specific information to appropriate bibliographic records), processing and delivery of the materials.– Provide bibliographic records and service offerings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
