(1) Vendor needs to provide market conduct analyst and examiner service to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY. – Conduct market conduct examinations of insurance companies or other entities and persons regulated by this agency and authorized to transact the business of insurance.– Position will analyze data for the purpose of market conduct examinations of insurance companies and other regulated entities (by exam or continuum), to scrutinize the business practices.– Request data and other information from entities or persons subject to examination or investigation based in part on the standardized data.– Use Audit Command Language (ACL) software, and other designated department resources, to convert data into a format conducive to analysis.– Use ACL software, and other designated Department resources, to analyze the market data received from the entities subject to examination or investigation for the purposes of assisting market conduct examiners in conducting an efficient and informative market conduct examination.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
