(1) Vendor needs to provide higher education program consulting and management services to the government authority located in Jefferson, MO.– Assisting eligible student offenders in completing and submitting college/university applications– Assisting eligible student offenders with Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) forms.– Enrolling eligible student offenders in courses and providing guidance on scheduling, enrollment, etc– Managing the approval process for requests in the separately contracted college/university online research repository.– Managing the inventories of the student offender materials and issuing student offender materials as needed, for example, paper, pencils, folders, etc.– Hosting graduations for student offenders.– The state agency will provide all utilities necessary for the performance of the services described herein, including electricity, water, sewer, propane, gas, etc., as determined by the state agency(2) A pre–proposal teleconference will be held on August 10, 2026.
