ACCT-25894 - USA (Stone Mountain, Georgia) - Audit Services - Deadline June 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services to the government authority located in Stone Mountain, GA.– The contract will be for four (4) consecutive fiscal years beginning with the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, and ending with the fiscal year ended December 31, 2028, subject to annual review and contract renewal determined of an appropriation for audit services by the City.– To determine whether the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the respective financial position of the governmental activities, the business–type activities, the aggregate discretely presented component units, each major fund, and the aggregate emaining fund information and the respective changes in financial position and, where applicable, cash flows, thereof, and the respective budgetary comparison.– To plan and perform the audit designed to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements, including note disclosures, are free of material misstatement, whether caused by error or fraud, and material misstatements arising from illegal acts that have a direct and material effect on the determination of financial statement amounts.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
