Vendor needs to provide data protection and storage globus grid subscription.    – Provide Globus High Assurance Subscription and Support, including Globus for Amazon S3 High Assurance Level in accordance with the manufacturer’s latest established service procedures, to include support via website and email access to technical support. – Software updates and revisions shall be provided, to include: all minor updates and major upgrades that are released and/or recommended during the term of the support plan.• Website and email address where support request can be entered. • Support provided Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm, excluding federal holidays • Access to websites with product documentation • Product updates /upgrades
