(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive correctional medical and behavioral health services to the government authority located in Montgomery, OH. – Provide comprehensive inmate health care services, including medical, dental, and psychiatric care; health care personnel; and related program support services for an average daily inmate population of approximately 550 inmates.– Strategic planning and consultation.– Provide strategic operational planning and ongoing medical and administrative consultation.– Intake screening coverage.– Standards–based health care delivery.– Provide medically necessary physical and behavioral health care using nationally recognized correctional health care best practices.– Ensure efficient processing of inmates at intake, throughout incarceration, and at release while maintaining complete, accurate, and secure electronic health records.– Operate the health care program in a humane, ethical, and professional manner that respects inmates’ rights to basic health care services and supports improved inmate and community health outcomes. – Operate the health care services program with full 24–hour staffing, as more fully described herein, utilizing only properly licensed, certified, and professionally trained personnel, including 24–hour on–call physician coverage.– Develop, implement, and maintain a written health care plan.– Crisis stabilization services. (2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on May 4, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 3, 2026.
