(1) Vendor needs to provide historic preservation technical assistance service to the government authority located in Somerville, MA. – Provides the city with a revenue stream which is used to fund projects that fit within the program areas of open space, recreation, and historic preservation.– Projects that are selected for grants for historic preservation are required to comply with the secretary of the interior’s standards for historic preservation.– Review of construction documents to evaluate compliance with the secretary of interior’s standards for historic preservation or the city preservation restriction guidelines.– Inspection of historic elements during and after construction or installation.– Written analysis and meeting with the historic preservation commission or community preservation committee to share findings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
