(1) Vendor needs to provide tuckpointing services to the government authority located in Cherokee, IA.– Project was to perform a limited asbestos and lead paint survey of the above–referencedproperty prior to proposed renovation and demolition activities.– The survey was limited to suspect materials that might be disturbed during planned renovation or demolition activities.– Materials that were hidden, not accessible, or when sampled would damage the integrity of thestructure, were not sampled as part of this limited survey.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 16, 2026.
