(1) Vendor needs to provide financial audit services to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Provide the audit, tax, and related professional services– Audit agency’s annual financial statements, including the statement of financial position and the related statements of activities, functional expenses, and cash flows, together with the accompanying notes.– Perform a Single Audit in accordance with the Uniform Guidance and Government Auditing Standards. The reporting package must include the schedule of expenditures of federal awards, reports on internal control and compliance, the schedule of findings and questioned costs, and other required components.– Pre–audit presentation and presentation of the post–audit report, Form 990(s), and the management letter at the board’s audit committee meetings.– Communicate control deficiencies, significant deficiencies, material weaknesses, compliance findings, and other recommendations in writing. Meet with management to discuss findings before issuance, distinguish required audit findings from advisory observations, and provide a final management letter that supports responsible–party assignment and remediation tracking.– The selected firm must use secure methods approved by agency for requesting, receiving, storing, and transmitting engagement information; limit access to authorized engagement personnel; promptly report any suspected unauthorized disclosure or security incident; comply with applicable confidentiality requirements; and return or securely dispose of information in accordance with the final agreement and applicable retention requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
