(1) Vendor needs to provide window and door replacement service to the government authority located in Kissimmee, FL.• The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, disposal, andincidentals necessary to remove and replace the existing exterior windows and doors.• The work shall include demolition, installation, weatherproofing, flashing, trim, hardware,cleanup, and final adjustments.• Provide and install:– One (1) fiberglass pre–hung exterior entrance door– One (1) 20–minute fire–rated exterior entrance door– Four (4) fire–rated FRP rear doors complete with frames– Five (5) residential deadbolt lock core replacements– Five (5) complete weatherstripping assemblies– Five (5) aluminum thresholds• Provide and install:– One (1) aluminum single–hung window (up to 6 SF)– Four (4) aluminum single–hung windows (6–10 SF)– Eight (8) aluminum single–hung windows (10–15 SF)– Four (4) aluminum single–hung windows (15–20 SF)– Two (2) fixed aluminum windows (6–10 SF)(2) The contract period will be for one year.
