CLEANING-14070 - USA (Edwardsville, Illinois) - Custodial Cleaning Services - Deadline October 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial cleaning services to the government authority located in Edwardsville, IL.– Sweep, mop and remove all debris including any hair from floors before waxing.– Clean, remove and sanitize all residues on bathtub and fiberglass wall liners.– Clean and polish towel bars, toilet paper holders, door hardware, shower curtain rods and vanity inside and out.– Remove, clean and replace exhaust fan cover after removing excessive debris from fan unit.– Clean and polish cabinets inside and out, including removal of any contact paper.– Exterior of all light fixtures should be cleaned of smudges and debris.– Fire extinguishers should be cleaned and polished.– Wash windows inside and out, including screens.– Clean and polish chest of drawers inside and out.– Remove all debris and clean desk chair under the seat and legs.– Clean and polish doors and door mirrors.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.(3) A Mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on October 7, 2026.
