Vendor needs to provide engineering and technical support services to the government authority located in North Charleston, SC.– Support encompasses fleet electronics support (FES) augmentation, as well as capability development, engineering, and technical support of hardware (HW) and software (SW) components within the information operations.– Fleet electronics support sustainment.– Perform pre cross deck system check–outs and post installation operation check–outs.– Support shall include monitoring communications (chat, e–mail and phone) from fleet units and providing assistance to troubleshoot problems and casualties; and when required, providing on–site support.– Independent verification and validation (IV&V) support.– Cybersecurity continuous monitoring support.– Conducting Security Impact Analysis on systems. Providing and implementing recommendations to reduce vulnerability exposure while maintaining system function.– Support the upgrade, modification, integration, and configuration management of the different IO SW baselines.– Include performing reliability, maintainability, and availability in the identification of design defects and high failure rates of fielded components.– Synchro support.
