(1) Vendor needs to provide site remediation professional services to the government authority located in Camden, NJ.– Prepare and Submit Construction Project Licensed Site Remediation Form– Conduct Due Diligence on Project Area to determine known contaminated sites.– Conduct Pre–Construction Sampling, where due diligence indicates it is necessary.– Prepare a Materials Management Plan. The Materials Management Planmust be consistent with the agency Linear Construction Program– Provide onsite oversight, as needed, during any remedial activities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
