QUALITY-2840 - USA (Novi, Michigan) - Drug and Alcohol Testing Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide drug and alcohol testing services to the government authority located in Novi, MI.– Drug and alcohol testing providers to administer observed tests for active and prospective participants in its problem–solving treatment court programs (PSTC) and misdemeanor probation.– Services will include administering observed, same–sex urine analyses and other approved testing methods (e.g., portable breathalyzer tests, oral swabs, and laboratory–based analyses).– Maintain strict chain–of–custody procedures, ensure staff are trained in forensic collection, and provide court testimony when necessary.– Testing shall be conducted at court–approved community sites, with all specimens screened for a standard 12–panel of controlled substances and additional substances as clinically indicated.– Implement a randomized testing system, ensure accessibility and cultural competency in service delivery.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
