(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based event ticketing software for Athletics, Music, and Performing Arts. – Capability to handle venue ticket sales with assigned seating.– Online payment system process, debit card, and credit card payments.– Bank deposits be prepared for multiple bank accounts.– Point of Sale or cash register functionality of the product.– Implementation plan with a detailed breakdown of work.– Approach and timeline for implementation to a pilot group.– System user–friendly (e.g., menu–driven screens, help screens, easy–to read screens or reports, and user defined and maintained parameters).– Client bandwidth requirements from a single computer to the proposed solution.– Software support JMS (Messaging systems).– Software support WS–RM (Web Services based on WS Reliable Messaging).(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
