CSE-24451 - USA (Brockton, Massachusetts) - Armed and Unarmed Security Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide armed and unarmed security services to the government authority located in Brockton, MA. – Provide qualified, licensed, and armed security personnel to ensure the safety and security of agency employees, elected officials, visitors, contractors, public assets, and facilities. – Security personnel shall maintain a professional presence while promoting a safe and welcoming environment for all members of the public.• Responsibilities:– Provide a visible security presence during assigned duty hours.– Protect agency personnel, visitors, and municipal property.– Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, disturbances, and other security threats.– Maintain order while providing courteous public assistance.• Access control:– Monitor all public activities inside the building and occasionally outside of the perimeter of the building.– Visually screen visitors in accordance with agency security procedures.– Verify identification when required.• Visitor assistance:– Greet and direct visitors to appropriate agency departments.– Maintain a professional, courteous, and impartial demeanor at all times.• Patrol duties: conduct scheduled and random patrols.– Periodic patrols shall identify safety hazards, suspicious activity, unsecured doors, fire hazards, and maintenance concerns.• Emergency response: – Respond immediately to emergencies, disturbances, alarms, and suspicious activities by contacting the local authorities.– Utilize conflict resolution and de–escalation techniques whenever possible.• Incident management:– Prepare detailed written incident reports before the end of each shift.• Special events: provide additional security services.– Responsibilities include crowd management, access control, traffic direction, and maintaining public safety.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
