(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering, environmental, technical review, project management, and owner–representative support services to the government authority located in Park City, UT.– Consultant support for transportation and mobility projects that may involve engineering, environmental, technical review, project management, and owner–representative support for city transportation and mobility projects on an as needed basis.– Project management and owner–representative support:– Support the city project manager with coordination, meeting preparation, follow–up, and decision tracking.– Maintain simple project management tools such as action item logs, decision logs, risk registers, and status summaries.– Coordinate reviews among city departments, partner agencies, utilities, consultants, and other stakeholders as directed.– Environmental and regulatory support and document creation:– Support environmental review, permitting, and regulatory coordination for transportation and mobility projects.– Review environmental documents, technical studies, assumptions, and comment responses for completeness and consistency.– Engineering and technical review:– Provide or support transportation–related design work when authorized, including roadway, transit, multimodal, pedestrian, bicycle, accessibility, drainage, utility, signing/striping, traffic control, and related improvements.– Prepare concept layouts, design sketches, cross–sections, plan sheets, exhibits, quantities, specifications, engineer’s estimates, and other design materials appropriate to the authorized project phase.– Review planning concepts, design assumptions, preliminary engineering materials, technical memoranda, and design packages.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
