(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH. – Aseptic cleaning techniques and procedures used under sterile conditions.– Exam rooms/lab dust desks, chairs, file cabinets and furniture. – Lobbies vacuum floors, dust chairs. Clean, disinfect and polish water fountain, front doors glass, frame and thresholds. Spot clean walls and magazine racks.– Restrooms sanitization cleaning of lavatories, all fixtures, floors, toilet seat & bowl (inside and out), mirrors, soap dispensers, trash cans. – Hospital grade germicide will be used on sinks and toilets. – Windows and doors thoroughly clean all glass.– Floors shall be dust mopped and wet mopped with disinfectant and detergent as stated in specifications.(2) This bid is set aside for Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Business. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
