(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Flagstaff, AZ. – Provide enhanced regional mobility, improve community and regional circulation, and minimize side friction between adjacent land uses and the corridor.– Project management and planning and design of civil projects to submit a written presenting its qualifications to conduct the engineering services required to prepare this study.– Feasibility study report including summary of draft comments with final dispositions and resolutions.– Professional engineering services; specifically, design services for a feasibility study.– Design shall be consistent with all permitted easements and right of ways.– The firm shall provide quality management reviews throughout the duration of the project.– The firm will request and obtain at that time, relevant as–builts and GIS Data.– Provide complete engineering design services– Construction as–built plans.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
