Vendor needs to provide carpet cleaning services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.– Contractor shall provide professional hot water extraction carpet cleaning services that meet current industry standards.– Contractor shall provide spot cleaning where necessary– Contractor shall set chairs, trashcans, chair mats, shredders, and any other small lightweight items which are found on the floor, on the desks and or tables in Suite A to allow for thorough cleaning and to allow the carpet to dry.– Contractor shall place simple barriers such as aluminum foil squares, plastic coasters, or polystyrene blocks under stationary furniture to protect both the furniture and carpet from stains and damage resulting from the cleaning.– Contractor provided services must be performed by properly trained personnel, where applicable
