(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Emporia, VA. – Sweep and vacuum all floors free of dirt and other litter, then mop to ensure there is no dust, dirt, spills, spots, or streaks. – Glass entrance doors and door window clean.– Toilets, showers sink, fixtures, pipes, connections and mirrors Clean and disinfect.– Spot clean and sanitize handle.– Sweep outside entrance areas and all stairwells.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
