TELCOM-2897 - USA (Palmdale, California) - Wireless Communication Facilities Consulting Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide wireless communication facilities consulting services to the government authority located in Palmdale, CA. – Provide technical, administrative, and project management support related to the review, development, installation, modification, operation, and leasing of wireless communication facilities located on agency–owned property, infrastructure, and within the agency's jurisdiction. – Provide professional Wireless Communications Facilities (WCF) consulting services to support the agency's management, review, development, leasing, and oversight of wireless communication facilities located on agency–owned property, infrastructure, and within the agency's jurisdiction.– Services may include technical review, project management, lease and license evaluation, policy support, compliance monitoring, construction oversight, and related advisory services.– Prepare written review reports within thirty (30) calendar days.– Provide comprehensive project management services for wireless facility deployments, modifications, and leasing activities.• Provide independent technical review and analysis of all Wireless Communications Facilities (WCF) applications, including new installations, co–locations, modifications, and upgrades:– Developing and maintaining standardized application and submittal requirements for wireless carriers and applicants.– Reviewing applications for completeness, technical feasibility, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.– Evaluating ministerial and discretionary applications, including facility design, concealment techniques, and aesthetic integration.• Construction oversight: assist the agency with oversight of wireless facility construction activities by:– Reviewing construction drawings prior to permit issuance.– Verifying all required permits and approvals have been obtained.– Participating in pre–construction and post–construction site inspections.• Financial and administrative oversight: assist the agency in protecting and maximizing the value of its wireless communications assets by:– Evaluating escalation provisions, term lengths, and revenue–sharing opportunities.– Verifying payment of rent, fees, deposits, and other compensation due to the agency.– Monitoring compliance with financial obligations established under lease agreements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
