(1) Vendor needs to provide risk management information system.– Provides a centralized, secure, and dependable system for capturing, tracking, analysing, and managing risks, incidents, and claims across all agency operations.– The platform will be used to document vehicular accidents (e.g., school bus incidents), student accidents (on–campus and off–campus activities), staff injuries, property damage, near–misses, and other safety–related incidents.– provider shall deliver a secure, centralized risk database platform for capturing, tracking, and managing all districtwide incidents, claims, and risk related events.– System must offer configurable workflows, realtime access, robust reporting, and integration with the agency existing systems, including third–party administrators.– Provider will ensure full data privacy compliance, including family educational rights and privacy act, while supporting implementation, data migration, staff training, ongoing maintenance, and technical support to help the district strengthen safety, improve efficiency, and reduce risk exposure.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
