(1) Vendor needs to provide audio–visual equipment and services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– Professional audio–visual (AV) equipment and services, and to provide live video production services and equipment for community events and other public and special meetings as needed and requested.– Provide equipment as well as comprehensive broadcast, video production, and consulting staff and services.– Requires clear day–to–day communication channels and a defined escalation path to ensure timely decisions, issue resolution, and continuity of service.– Live AV services, equipment, and technical support and staff.– Full setup and teardown of AV equipment.– Customer Support, including onsite and remote support, accessible via multiple communication channels, and availability for emergencies and after–hours services.– Interpreter audio feed integration.– Digital or analog audio mixers.– Video recording systems.– Video switchers.– Multi–camera production capability.– Wi–Fi, Hotspot, Boosters, etc.– Staging and infrastructure.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
