(1) Vendor needs to provide general electrical services for chilled water to the government authority located in Orlando, FL.– Provide general electrical services on an as–needed basis in support of cooling chilled water equipment, facilities, plants, and distribution systems.– Supplier shall perform repair, replacement, installation, troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, startup assistance, commissioning support, emergency response services, and project–related electrical work.– Services may include preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, system modifications, minor upgrades, diagnostics, field investigations, and related support services necessary to maintain system reliability, operational continuity, and safe operation of the facilities.– 4160–volt electrical equipment.– Breakers.– Switchgear.– Disconnects.– Motor starters.– Wiring and cabling.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
