(1) Vendor needs to provide election brochure printing and distribution service to the government authority located in Palmer, AK.  – Print and distribute election brochures for the 2026, 2027, 2028, with the option to renew for the 2029 and 2030 election seasons.– Annual pricing for the printing and distribution of the 40–page election brochure.– Number of pages: approximately 30–page to 50–page saddle–stitched and trimmed newsprint (web press) booklet.– Type of paper: 50 # book stock paper– Color the cover will be the same stock as the booklet– Quantity: approximately 45,000 total copies– Mailing bulk mailed to address listing based on computer database of registered voter’s households; pre–sorted, with the printer mailing the brochures.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
