(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive bookstore and course material solutions.• The Agency seeks a long–term Bookstore Partner that will provide a customer–focused, reliable, affordable, accessible, and sustainable bookstore operation serving students, faculty, staff, and the agency.• Student Success– The Bookstore Partner shall operate its services in a manner that supports student preparedness and reduces barriers and confusion associated with obtaining course materials and using bookstore services. – Help students obtain required course materials on or before the first day of class;– Provide clear information regarding required and recommended materials;– Make purchasing and access options understandable• Proposed Operating Model– The Proposer shall provide a comprehensive description of its proposed bookstore operating model, including:– The overall structure and philosophy of the proposed model;– Physical bookstore operations;– Online and e–commerce services;– Course material services;– Digital course materials;– Student and faculty services;– Staffing and management;– Technology;– Customer service;(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.(4) Non–Mandatory Pre–Proposal Meeting: October 8, 2026.
