(1) Vendor needs to provide snack and beverage vending machine services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.– Install, maintain, restock, and remove vending machines throughout the life of the contract.– Products offered must be sound, first–quality, free from spoilage or contamination, and safe for human consumption.– Product menus and inventory planning.– Restocking and inventory management.– Machine cleaning, maintenance and repairs.– Customer service and refunds.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
