Vendor needs to provide high impact tutoring services to Grade 3 students who struggle academically to the government authority located in Lakewood, NJ.– Tutor would assist the teacher in solidifying the math and ELA foundational skills of these students so that they can be successful with the grade level expectations– Plan and submit individualized daily lesson plans for identified students to include the lesson objective, activities and formative assessment– Design lessons that align with and reinforce the district’s core program and teaching philosophy– Provide engaging, high–quality instruction during tutoring sessions throughout the school day– Review and analyze student data (to include universal screener data) for each student and submit a written report to building and district administration on a monthly basis.
