(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Salem, MA.– Review of structural assessment.– Provide a fully coordinated design.– Architect will review recently completed structural assessment and preliminary cost estimate for hangar.– Contact project coordinator by e–mail to advise the time and day when on site no later than 24 hours in advance. – Development of construction documentation and specifications for bidding and other relevant laws, finalization of all plans, schedules, and costs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026.
