(1) Vendor needs to provide broadband engineering, project management, and owner’s representative services to the government authority located in Washington. • Broadband engineering, project management, and owner’s representative services in support of the nation broadband expansion project.• Extend broadband connectivity to underserved and unserved locations through a combination of existing fiber infrastructure, new wireless infrastructure, and strategically located communications facilities.• Broadband feasibility study that identified two proposed communications tower locations and multiple fixed wireless service areas intended to address coverage gaps where fiber deployment is not economically or technically feasible.• Deployment of fixed wireless infrastructure to serve locations not readily reachable• through fiber construction.• Integration of wireless and fiber–based broadband technologies into a cohesive broadband service network.• Review available GIS mapping, broadband service data, and existing infrastructure information;
