(1) Vendor needs to provide regional shared mobility communication campaign services.– Regional shared mobility coordinated communications and community engagement campaign services.–  Communication & Content Development:• Branding & visual identity • Confirm channels of communication • Content development – Community Engagement:• Recruit and train a street team to represent the shared mobility program • Deploy street teams at key public events • Collect community feedback and questions to inform future communications – Monitoring & Evaluation:• Use findings to refine messaging and outreach strategies – Communications Plan:• Develop a framework for ongoing communications and engagement beyond the initial campaign period. – Project Planning & Strategy Development:• Define campaign objectives and messaging • Identify key audiences • Develop core program message in the context of the broader mobility network. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
