(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to the government authority located in Loveland, CO. – Provide professional non–discretionary investment advisory services for the city’s investment portfolio and to identify and select a qualified firm to assist the city with management of its investment portfolio in a manner consistent with the city’s investment policy, applicable law, prudent public funds practices, and the city’s operational and liquidity needs.– Portfolio Review and Investment Recommendations– Cash Flow and Liquidity Analysis– Market Research and Portfolio Strategy– Trade Recommendation, Approval, and Execution Support(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
