(1) Vendor needs to provide independent financial statement audit services to the government authority located in NE.• Agency seeks an audit partner with demonstrated nonprofit expertise that can provide an objective audit while communicating clearly with management, the Finance Committee, and the Board of Directors.• The engagement is intended to support financial transparency, accountability, responsible stewardship of donor and grant resources, and sound nonprofit governance.• Annual Financial Statement Audit• Conduct an independent financial statement audit for the fiscal year ending June 30 in accordance withapplicable professional auditing standards.• Issue an independent auditor's report on the financial statements.• Review the statement of financial position, statement of activities, statement of functional expenses, statementof cash flows, and related notes and disclosures.• Communicate significant accounting and audit matters identified during the engagement.– Internal Controls• Evaluate internal controls relevant to financial reporting and identify material weaknesses, significantdeficiencies, or other matters requiring management attention.• Consider controls over cash receipts and disbursements, bank reconciliations, purchasing and approvals,credit/debit card expenditures, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, grant accounting, restrictedfunds, donor contributions, and financial reporting.• Review segregation of duties and the adequacy of management and Board–level financial oversight.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
