2020 Downtown Boise Implementation Plan (DBIP) Phase 2 - Rebid

In accordance with the plans and specifications, this work shall consist of reconstructing the State Street and 16th Street Intersection; widening State Street from 14th Street to 12th Street; reconstructing State Street from 12th Street to 4th Street; and reconstructing 9th Street from State Street to Bannock Street with concrete paving. The work includes reconstructing State Street from 4th Street to 2nd Street with asphalt paving. The work also includes constructing sidewalk, traffic signal, stormwater, and streetscape improvements, as well as adding communications conduit. No work shall be done on State Street between 8th Street and 5th Street, including the intersections while the Idaho State Legislature is in session. The 2023 Session is scheduled to start on January 9, 2023. The 2024 Session is expected to have similar schedule. See the Supplemental General Notes for more information.
