(1) Vendor needs to provide 457 plan investment advisory and consulting services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – Provides eligible employees a comprehensive benefits program.– This includes a pension plan, administered by the agency and a participant–directed 457 Deferred Compensation Plan, which is exempt from income taxes as outlined in Section 457(b) of the Internal Revenue Code. – 457 Plan is composed of a broad range of asset classes that enable participants to diversify their investments in a manner appropriate to their retirement objectives and risk/return profiles.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be five years.
