TELCOM-2973 - USA (Clovis, New Mexico) - Local Telephone Services - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide local telephone services to the government authority located in Clovis, NM. – Currently utilizes IP–based agency connectivity for its primary business telephone service and maintains Direct Inward Dialing (DID) telephone numbers. – The district also maintains separate traditional analog telephone services for fax machines and other equipment requiring analog service.– The district currently utilizes SIP–based connectivity for its primary telephone service.– Fax services shall remain independent of the district's primary IP–based telephone service.– The quantities of telephone numbers, DID services, analog services, and fax services may change during the term of the agreement and shall not be considered an estimate or projection of future needs.– The Services Schedule contains an item number, item description, and the applicable recurring monthly, usage–based, per–minute, per–location, installation, or one–time charge, if any, for each authorized service.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
