Riverside County Regional Park & Open-Space District (“Park District”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide strategic communications, public relations support, community outreach, and informational messaging services. This effort is part of the Park District’s long-range planning and community engagement initiatives. The selected consultant will support public information efforts, stakeholder education, and community outreach regarding Park District facilities, programs, capital improvements, and service priorities. The overall goal is to enhance public awareness of the Park District’s sites, programs, and services, and to improve understanding of ongoing and future capital and operational needs. This effort will span approximately 24 months and focus on increasing the Park District’s visibility and strengthening community engagement within its jurisdictional boundaries.
